• How can students restart the course?

    Unfortunately, there isn't a way for students to easily do this themselves on our current platform. The best way is to email us at techservices@olive-book.com.

    We will then reset your account, but this does mean you will lose any progress or grades you have earned in the course.

  • My discount code isn't working. What should I do?

    The most likely cause of a coupon code failing is mistyping the code. Double-check to make sure you have entered the code correctly and that the code you've received from social media, your guidance counselor, etc. is right. If you still have trouble, send an email to info@olive-book.com.
